Other threats that the Company faces are intense competition in the market in terms of its products price, quality of the product and systems and services offered to the consumers. Recommendations for Better Business: In order to create a Central identity, as proposed by the management, creation of a Front Office Management team shall be of great importance. There is a need for increasing promotional activities where the expansion of the Company has to be highlighted. People should be made aware about the different franchises and organic takeover of the Company. It is recommended to increase the investment on research and development and find out better solutions to make better software and hardware to fix the problems related to the fixing any kind of bugs that increases the risk of cyber attacks (Fernandez, I. (2016). In order to fight with the competition of the market, it is recommended to come up with better competitive pricing strategies along with innovation in the products. Innovative products are greatly welcomed by consumers and the idea shall be fruitful (Fernandez, I. (2016). The approach should be focused on user specific experiences. In addition to these, it is also recommended to focus on the technologies related to the smart phones because the impact of smart phone is high among the consumers.
